Sol Christophe, leader of Ombrages, was born on June 24, 1969 in Angoulême.
Great-grandson of the famous Léo; owner of "la Truite Saumonée" in Gond-Pontouvre.
he studied at the hotel school in La Rochelle
then his classes in renowned establishments in the region such as:
LE FLORE (Angoulême) under the supervision of Joel Bodet
The Grand Large (Oleron Island)
and the Admiralty (St Martin de Ré).
He then went into exile for 19 years towards the sun

from the south-east of France
from where he brings back blends of southern flavors that he happily combines with local products.
In 2007 he bought "Les Ombrages",
establishment with a solid reputation for over 38 years.
